Product Description

The Automatic Liquid Packing Machine is a compact and efficient VFFS liquid sachet packing machine designed for precise filling and sealing of liquids, single-use liquid products, Liquid IV, coffee decoction and other free-flowing liquid products. Its collar-type VFFS system forms, fills and seals convenient single-use stick pack sachets in a continuous packaging process.

Equipped with a pneumatic piston filling system, the machine delivers controlled and accurate liquid dosing while helping maintain clean, drip-free filling and minimize product wastage. With a filling capacity of up to 30 ml, it is suitable for small-volume liquid sachets and stick packs.

The machine is ideal for businesses launching new products or expanding into single-use liquid sachet packaging. Its flexible pouch-format configuration can also be customized for applications involving pastes, powders and granules, depending on the required filling system and packaging format.
